If you don't see any of those links or you do not know the name of the list you are on, please contact Customer Support with the email address your message was sent to. If you don't know what email address the message was sent to, please include any addresses you think may be on the list. (If you can tell us the Subject and the From email address of the message you received, that is helpful also.)
To join a list, you must know the list email address. If you have the list email address, please go to http://www.listbox.com/subscribe to join it.
Please contact Customer Support. We appreciate any information you can provide, but, at a minimum, please send us your email address, the name of the list you're complaining about, and the reason for your complaint. If you can include a list message, that is extremely helpful.
