We provide you with a template that reinforces your company or organization's brand while being easy for you to manipulate and flexible enough for you to re-use.

The amount of time required to complete your design depends on the materials and guidance you provide to us.

Do you already have a document that can be converted into a template? Nearly all conversions can be completed and tested within two hours. Do you have a banner image and sample content? Converting that into a template will take between two and four hours.

Do you need us to create a template completely from scratch? Expect this process to take between four and 10 hours depending on the number of design reviews.

Here are a few layout guidelines.

HTML emails should have a banner at the top that represents your brand.
Critical content should be HTML text in case your subscribers block images.
And HTML emails are easiest to read when they are no wider than 650 pixels and have no more than two columns.
